A cap badge for the Royal New Zealand Armoured Corps (RNZAC). Features a stylized WWI-era tank at center within a laurel wreath, surmounted by a Queen’s Crown. The scroll below reads “ROYAL N.Z. ARMOURED CORPS.” A post-WWII issue badge (1947-1953), as the Corps received the Royal title in 1947. An unusual sand cast brass badge with silver wash finish to the front. Lugs present and intact to reverse.
