A pair of original officer's epaulettes of the Bihar Civil Defence.
Dark blue wool over cotton black backing. Four white stripes indicating rank/position of Senior Divisional / Chief Controller. The words "Civil Defence Bihar" in wire thread. Slip-on type with rear straps. On epaulette with a few small moth holes. Otherwise very good condition.
Early 1970s production at the time of the Indian - Pakistan War (1971).
