Original Italian Fascist-era gorget plate, die struck brass with raised detail featuring the fasces emblem — a bundle of rods with axe, symbolizing authority and power. The design is flanked by laurel and oak branches, with lion heads at the top corners — classic elements used in Mussolini-era symbolism.

Likely issued to a Fascist militia (Milizia Volontaria per la Sicurezza Nazionale – MVSN) or possibly a municipal or political police force. This gorget would have been worn as a symbol of rank or affiliation, especially during parade or full dress.
