36 mm silver, rotating clasp, South Africa 1901 and 1902 clasps. Rim is stamped to recipient: 3830 SERJT A. OLIVER A. & S. HIGHRS: (ARGYLL & SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS). Eligible for the two clasps. Also eligible for the Queen's South Africa Medal (not included).
Edge contact marks, score to rim, and surface marks. Impact damage at the rim 7 o'clock position partially obscuring lettering between initial and surname. Mount is pinned but has a wobble. Minor localized surface pitting consistent with age and environment on the front, behind The King's neck.
