14 mm silver plated domed button, back-marked “Plated, V.C & Co." (likely Vincent & Clarke & Co., a known 19th-century military button maker), complete with loop mount. Very fine condition with almost all of the silver-plated finish remaining.
In existence from 1798 to 1802 only. A rare and charming example of early British volunteer force insignia — ideal for button collectors, Napoleonic-era uniform specialists, or those focused on Warwickshire military history. Multiple available in similar condition.
