Original World War I British Army Royal Artillery cap badge, featuring the iconic design of a field gun facing left, surmounted by a crown with the regimental motto “Ubique” (Everywhere) and “Quo Fas Et Gloria Ducunt” (Where Right and Glory Lead) on a scroll below.
Constructed in brass, this classic badge would have been worn by soldiers of the Royal Regiment of Artillery during the Great War. A fine piece of British military history with good original patina and intact slider to the rear, wire strengthened crown section. The crown has been rolled over, a typical practice of veterans.
