An original pair of WW1 medals attributed to a Merchant Navy Sailor. A British War Medal and a Mercantile Marine Medal, both impressed to G. W. Buckland (name only denoting Merchant Navy issue). 925 silver BWM and a bronze MM, original ribbons mounted for wear. Minimal contact marks, fine condition. The Mercantile medal has officially corrected naming.
