33 mm, bronze alloy, copper plated finish. Front bust of King Emanuele III of Italy, border inscribed "AL VALORE MILITARE". Signed "SPERANLA" beneath bust. Rear central laurel wreath. Inscribed with battle where awarded and recipient: NALUT 15 DICEMBRE 1914 - UORSAMA CODAH".
