An original and scarce Japanese Taisho 3–9 Year War Medal (1914–1920). Awarded to members of the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy who served during the campaigns between Taisho 3 (1914) and Taisho 9 (1920), including operations in World War I such as the Siege of Tsingtao, Siberian Intervention, and actions in China and the South Pacific.
30 mm blackened bronze on original clasp and ribbon. Light contact marks and surface marks.
