An original WW2 period cap badge of the 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards. The badge is die cast white metal with a brass mount attached. Fine condition.
After withdrawing from Dunkirk, the regiment fought at Normandy and then crossed the Rhine into Germany.
