Original French M1926 Adrian helmet issued to infantry troops. Retains the flaming bomb front badge, signifying infantry branch. Constructed of stamped steel with a rolled-edge skirt and prominent central crest.
This model simplified many features of the earlier M15 design and was widely issued between the World Wars and into early WWII.
The original liner remains in place, remnants of the chinstrap, the helmet showing field use and wear. Retains a dark brown/black paint finish with expected patina from age. A strong display piece from the interwar and WWII periods of the French Army.
