Original Wehrmacht woven trapezoid cap insignia for the M43 field cap.
Features the iconic eagle and emblem above a national tricolour cockade, machine-woven in grey and field green on a green backing. Machine stitched edging.
This style was introduced for use on the M43 Einheitsfeldmütze (field cap) and later models. There are two small holes in the insignia.
An excellent piece for collectors of Third Reich insignia or German uniform items.
