The genuine lot consisting of Iron Cross 2nd Class, Eastern Front Medal, General Assault Badge, D.R.L. Sports Badge in Bronze, and ribbons from the soldier's tunic.
1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class (Eisernes Kreuz II Klasse). 45 mm. 3-piece construction. Iron core painted black. 2-part joined silver frame. Jump ring not maker marked. Period ribbon. Very good condition.
Eastern Front Medal (Ostmedaille). 36 mm zinc construction award. Jump ring maker marked "73" (Franz Manert). Period ribbon.
General Assault Badge (Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen). 42.4 x 54 mm. Zinc construction. Semi-hollow type. Retaining a large proportion of the silvered finish. Lacks pin and hinge. Catch present.
D.R.L. sports achievement badge, bronze grade. 38.4 x 48.5 mm. Tombak construction. Bronzed finish. Complete with pin mount system. Maker marked "Wernstein Jena" to reverse. Very good condition.
Two period ribbons as removed from the owner's tunic. A Iron Cross 2nd Class ribbon and a Ostmedaille ribbon. Still shaped as worn.
