This insignia depicts the Wehrmacht-style national eagle clutching a political emblem, embroidered in golden-yellow thread on a dark navy blue background, representing service in the Kriegsmarine.
The eagle would be machine or hand-stitched above the cockade on the front of the cap. BeVo examples are known for their fine detail and lightweight weave, and this is a genuine wartime issue piece. Uncut from original roll.
