Original and very scarce die punched brass cap badge for the 56th Lisgar Rifles, a Canadian militia regiment active during the World War I era. The badge displays a lion rampant holding a maple leaf cluster, symbolizing loyalty and Canadian identity. Scrolls bear the regiment name “56th Lisgar Rifles” and motto “Prudentia.” Complete with original lugs to the reverse.
